When my grandmother Imogen Skirving opened the doors to her family home 30 years ago, she dreamt that people would feel as if they had been invited to dinner by a dear friend. She wanted them to feel as if they were in a home from home. The delicious food, wonderful wine & even better company. Quite by accident, Langar Hall became the little country oasis that she had set out to create.
Today it is much the same. At the end of an avenue of lime trees, you will find the other world of Langar Hall. We keep the charm and quiet eccentricity of an English country home. With just the right amount of modern to combine the best of the past with the best of the present.
